If you have never taken advantage of the free cinema trial before, then start the 7 day trial and once the trial has started, cancel the trial before you get close to day 7 of the trial.
Don't worry if you cancel the trial early, you will still get the full 7 days.
Go to My Account > Passes & Vouchers on here and when you cancel the cinema trial follow all the steps on screen until you get the green thumbs up cancelled message.
Then go back to Passes & Vouchers to double check it shows cancelled next to your cinema pass.
You should also hopefully receive an email cancel confirmation from nowtv.
If you don't get the email, then take a screen shot of your cancelled pass.
Also recommend going to My Account > Settings & Pins and add a Payment Pin to your account to avoid buying any passes in the future by accident.
Follow this advice and you shouldn't be charged for the free 7 day trial.
