The only "free sports" you will get is the mobile membership, which sometimes comes along with a day membership.
When you cancelled, did you get a email confirming the cancellation? Otherwise I hate to say the cancellation process wasn't completed.
You can't go on here and demand refunds as the forum isn't handled in that way. See the 'what is the community for' section.
