So I had a Now TV account about a year ago to watch some series but then cancelled it as watched all I wanted to. Every month since I have still be charged even though the web browser and app both say I don’t have an active subscription. I tried to use the account finder. Nothing came up…. It says this page doesn’t exist. When I go to the contact someone page, same thing. I need to get in contact with someone that’ll actually deal with my issue. I’m a student and don’t have the money to be paying for this. What’s the best way to contact someone?

Try another browser for the account finder or deleting the cookies and data.
