Cancelled before end of 7-day free trial but was still charged

I have signed up for Cinema and Entertainment memberships on December 29th for a 7-day free trial. I cancelled it today (a day before completing 7 days) and was still charged £9.99 for Entertainment. How can I request a refund?

There is no free trial of both cinema and entertainment memberships. What you will get is the entertainment saver at 6 months, which includes a 7 day free trial of cinema and boost memberships, they are then charged at £9.99 and £6 unless cancelled. This all stated rather clearly in the offers section of the website and the T&C of the offer.

Also cancelling 1 membership does not automatically cancel the other, they are all treated separately.

For any chance of a refund you need live chat. Make sure to be signed in and use the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down.
