i bought sport subscribtion one month ago and now i cancelled the my membership but still now tv is deducting my payments

You don't and won't speak with staff on here about accounts.

When you cancelled, did you get an email confirmation of the cancellation? If not, then it didn't go through.

You need live chat to speak with staff. Make sure to be signed in and use the 'How to get in touch' drop down.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help


To add to what @gavs82008 asks, did you buy an offer with a six month’s minimum term?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
