I have read a few threads decribing issues trying to purchase the black Friday deals so after getting frustrated myself trying to buy the deal I decided to try the online chat support, the first two people didnt seem aware of the issue or the cause but the third got to the bottom of it. Apparently I am already getting a discount on my broadband so no deals for me, not off NowTV anyway. Hope that helps someone else.
For what its worth I rang to query the broadband price this summer after I came out of a combo deal, I was happy just to drop the speed because I dont get the advertised figures but the rep said they would keep the speed but discount the cost by £8.99 pm for the next 12 months. Not really a discount is it?
