Lost connection

Hi,

I am with nowtv for my broadband... other than the usual suss issues (incredibly slow running speed) I dont have any issue..  however on the hub box it usually displays 3 green lights.. I have lost the middle green light for the internet connectivity. All payments have been made successfully and have checked the online assistance 'check for issues' button which suggests no issues. Every now and then it flashes amber to suggest attempting to connect but then stops. PLEASE HELP!😣

And explain your problem to them, they will do whatever is required to sort your problem out.

 

BTW, this is a customer led forum and no one here can directly help you.
