As a long standing customer of over 6 years I’m increasingly frustrated by the lack of decent service - unavailable content “please try again later” - as a streaming service it’s becoming worse value for money than ever!

You have a specific problem or are you just letting off steam?

 

Besides, as this is a customer led forum your "steam venting" won't be seen by the people you were aiming for, just other customers like yourself.
