Being charged twice every month

Hi,

Can anyone help?

I am being charged twice for the entertainment package. Every month I contact Now tv to tell them and they say I haven’t, so I always have to provide screenshots of the money being taken out, then they refund me.

I asked them to sort this out but they just say we don’t know why this is happening and close my query. Initially the money was being taken out correct for two months then I started getting charged twice.

I don’t have two accounts as I provided them with all email addresses. I only have two devices which you are allowed up to six .

This is driving me mad how a billing team cannot find out why this is happening and I have to keep

on doing this each month.

I have been to the bank and they said that it is nowtv that is taken the money out of them !

Heya.. I have similar issues not sure whats going but have been charged for movie and entertainment pass this month but when gone to watch now TV on my TV its asking me to pay 9.99 for the month. Have gone through "find account" and nothing comes up (if you want the link I can send it to you) and not sure why but I can't see anyway of contact apart from now bot that is....something else... if you find any help for this issue could you please contact me also as I am not getting no where as cant block my account as all transactions have same details and am currently watching shows so unsure whats best to do xx

Hi,
[email removed] is a smaller team did reply to me and advised
why it happened and I thought they were better however, yet again replies
seem to be no existent. It was now tv fault yet no refund or free package
or even honouring me my package that I had.

I think the concept is good but customer service is poor, can’t see why
there is no telephone number, would sort issues out much faster
