Do I need boost

About 2 years ago I signed up for Sky sports on a special offer to watch F1 and it was in 1080p with no boost. I've signed up again last month to watch F1 and it comes with 1 free month of boost which I have now cancelled. Do I need boost to watch sky sports in 1080p as I thought that was only needed for cinema and TV shows? I didn't need boost before for sports in 1080p. Thanks

It has changed. You do now need Boost to watch in 1080p.

You need boost to get 1080p and 50fps for sports channels. Boost also remove third party adverts from on demand content only.
