why does the redbull tv app not work on these boxes? It has never worked on my boxes anybody have the same problem? I know it works on the roku box no problem.

I've lost my remote and I read that in the mean time down load Riki remote on my iPad.......I have done this but it asks for ipadrress for the Now box which I can't get as I've no remote to this....please help
