TV

Hi,

I have subscribed and have a new smart TV with Now TV icon on bottom of screen with Netflix iplayer etc.  as an option. My TV says it is connected to internet.

I tried to log in through the Now TV but just says oops something is wrong. 

I signed up for the 8.99 2 month trial.

Am I going to be sent a stick to put in the TV.

 

Basic question is how do I get NowTV on my TV?

 

I want to watch the last installment of Game of thrones to start with.

If you have the native inbuilt NowTV App on your television, then i am assuming you either have a Samsung or LG Smart TV ?

 

I don't own neither of these brand TV's but i would try some of the basic stuff, like switch the power off at the mains plug to both your television and Router for about 30 seconds, then start the Router first (give it say 5 minutes) then switch the power on at the mains on your television.

 

If that doesn't clear the message, then delete the NowTV App and go to the television Apps Store and reinstall it again.
