Not able to watch my pass

Hi! I have the sports week pass, just trying to get it to work for the F1, but whenever I use the now TV stick on my Samsung TV it just takes us back to the title page... No error messages, no option to restart or log back in, just back to the TV guide page....

Help?! Advice?! Thank you!
