Now TV bundle stick entertainment pass



I just bought a not TV stick with 2 month entertainment pass from now TV website (£26.99). I followed the set up instructions and it said I had two months included and put a pass code. Whenever I try to watch an entertainment show, it just asks me to "boost 7 day free trial". When I say no thanks, it takes me back to main menu. When I say start free trial, it takes me back to main menu.

Why is my entertainment pass not showing and how do I actually start watching shows through? I have registered the stick, my account and even tried to see if resetting works. I see that there is no now TV customer support so any help is much appreciated.

@Anonymous User NowTV have admitted that there is currently a problem with new sticks activating bundled offers. To have the passes manually activated you'll need to contact live chat. Go to the bottom of the page I've linked and click on the little blue arrow under 'how to get in touch' for a button to activate live chat
