I am assuming you used the same account details on the second stick has the first ?
To double check go into the NowTV App on the stick under My Account which will identify the username or email address used.
If everything looks correct, have you gone to My Account > Passes & Vouchers whilst logged in on here to check towards the top of the page if there is a message with a link saying Vouchers Waiting For You ?
Edit - Forgot to say i am assuming you have received the stick and have already set it up on your television ?
