Now TV Box

options no longer there -  when i switch on my NOW TV box i used to get several options to choose from

tv guide

apps

etc..

the tv guide has dissappeared and i only have apps.

how do i find my channels so i can flick through and find something to watch. i can't even find the freeview channels anymore. i've had to take the aerial out the box and go direct to my tv so the now tv box is obsolete, can anyone help?

First things first. Can you please confirm the model of your NOW TV playback device?
