Hi,
We’ve recently moved and have new WiFi and now I cannot connect the now box to my tv?! It just turns black on the tv screen not taking us to any setup screen. It’s a very old black now box, is this why?

You won’t be able to get any new devices from NOW as they don’t even make them let alone sell them I’m afraid. If you went to complain they wouldn’t be able to do much for you.
Getting a suitable device for watching NOW can be cheap. My recommendations are either a Roku stick or Amazon fire stick.

Have you tried another HDMI cable or another port on the TV or another TV altogether?
