Hi,We’ve recently moved and have new WiFi and now I cannot connect the now box to my tv?! It just turns black on the tv screen not taking us to any setup screen. It’s a very old black now box, is this why?
Oh really? It is very very old. I’ve just tried the other Now box we had upstairs and it’s working so the other one is definitely broken. Thank you for your help
