BT Sport Ultimate NowTV 4k stopped working

Is ultimate still working for others?

I can watch none ultimate fine but it doesn't kick in 4k HDR. On the check device page u have ticks across the board. 

It is working on my Nvidia Shield

Side note please please do a NowTV app for the shield so I can get rid of the slow NowTV 4k box!!

As a suggestion, which you might have tried already. 
You can delete and reinstall the app. It might work. 
Worst case it’s the device itself that would need set back to factory settings.

Ok will try that. Currently got it on my Nvidia Sheild thankfully.
