My internet has suddenly stopped working. All the three lights are green but there is no Internet connection. I have unplugged the router for a couple of minutes and plugged the router back in again.
Posting on here means noting when it comes to broadband as support NEVER come on and post on the forum. You need to call the broadband team. See link for number.
Also you tagged this in the wrong section of the forum, You put it in the streaming stick/box which is NOT the router.
