Trying to connect mobile to TV for streaming the football but error code showing CVF:-11870:-12927 Have tried logging in/out again but no luck?

Can you elaborate what device and what you’ve tried doing to fix it?

Like delete and reinstall the app, unplug router and tv for a few minutes.

Are you getting the same with on demand content or just Live TV?

What Now membership are you each, respectively, trying to mirror?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
