Error code CVF:-11839:-12913

I’ve just signed up to Now TV and can’t seem to watch anything. I keep getting: Error code CVF:-11839:-12913.

Any idea what this means?

Not sure in all honesty but I have managed to download the episodes I wanted to my iPad so crisis over for now.

Are you seeing the same exact error code on your iPad in the title heading of this thread ?

If so, did you do a full complete power down on your iPad and give it around 5 minutes before you power up the iPad again, where usually this clears this particular error message on iOS mobile devices.

It’s always been fine with the iPad and now the glitch has gone from my
phone too. Hurrah!
I didn’t do anything myself apart from be patient, so clearly just one of
those things. Thanks anyway.

The wonderful world of NOW when it sometimes doesn’t work with no real reason or fix needed apart from patience haha 😂
