Can any one tell me if it is possible to get subtitles and if so how please?

Hi is this still the case about sub titles 7 month later. ive just talked a 90 yr old gentleman with hearing problems into purchasing Now T.V  Box

nothing i could see or read  on the box and  leaflets states this fact   😞

Welcome to the forum.

Sky did make an announcement earlier this year that subtitles would start coming to some of the Sky content by the end of the year. It's not clear how much content will have subtitles, or which channel contents it might be restricted to yet. Whilst I've not heard anything more since, hopefully they are still working towards that.

However, I can appreciate that even with limited subtitles the box might not be an ideal solution for your circumstance.

Disappointed to find the same old story about the subtitle feature coming soon!!!! I joined Now TV last year and was told they were working on it, I've just logged in today  on the off chance that Christmas might have come early and subtitles would be available but hence not! Maybe NEXT Christmas, I'll try again in a year's time but won't hold my breath!

Actually just realised I joined in 2013 which is worse as we're 3 years moving on to 4 and it's still the same old story!! Come on get your act together if you're going to do it DO IT  if not, tell us be up front and honest and just say you have absolutely no intention of supplying this service to the hard of hearing.

How can you mark this "solved" when it's clearly not?  I've finally lost patience and just cancelled my subscription over this issue.  You're years behind your competitors.

Yes what is the use of watching therse if you cannot hear what they are saying, once again the deaf are left out of so many programmes.  So will cancel NOW as I only wanted to watch a few programmes and no subtitles so save my money

Not all content on NOW has subtitles I’m afraid. All content from Alibi do not any them 😠
