There is a problem originating with Now TV in streaming some titles, the ones I know about are Westworld Season 1 and Babylon Berlin. I navigated Now TV's very difficult system and eventually managed to chat online with an advisor who although very polite, wasn't able to help. The advice I was given was that the technical team would email me when the problem was solved and I should take up any issue with them. In the meantime, I am paying for a service that Is impaired, and being told that lots of people are experiencing the same difficulty is not comforting. This is not a free service. I pay my bill and expect a service, including customer services (as you find in any large organisation) where we can discuss the issue of compensation.
