Devices dissapeared

Hi,Last week I had four devices on my account. 2 Chromecast, and two android devices. Now for.some reason three devices have dissapeared, not my.own doing and is saying I cant add anymore!! Is there anyway of fixing this or contacting someone? Thanks

Can't view devices on iPhone

When I go to My Account on iPhone 5 s I get error message saying can't get account information try again later, I can sign into my account on pc but when view devices all get is coloured dots spinning.
