Blocked from Watching Sky Sports Arena

Don't know if anyone else experience this fault with the App this evening but I am unable to watch Sky Sports Arena (for the Darts) as it won't play on my mobile without attempting to activate my day pass (which I do not want to do).

I bought a day pass a few months ago as it came with the season's worth of Premier League on mobile. I've been able to use this without any problem for months now. However tonight whilst attempting to start Sky Sports Arena to watch the darts (which I note is also on the Main Event channel) it simply repeatedly asks if I want to start my day pass. 

Is this some kind of a bug with the Arena link on the app switching through to the Main Event feed and stopping me from viewing without activating the day pass? I should be able to watch this, as per any other Sky Sports Mobile channel, without having to do this...

NOW in their wisdom (bad decision by NOW in my opinion, especially if you watch Darts, Rugby Union, Rugby League and Boxing) to permanently replace Sky Sports Arena with Sky Sports Mix has one of the five permitted channels with a Mobile Sports Membership.

@schnapps Hi there. Thanks for letting me know. I guess this must have been a fairly recent change (the Luke Littler effect maybe?!) as I'm sure I was able to watch a bit of the last round of Premier League Darts..

I think replacing Sky Sports Arena with Sky Sports Mix with a Mobile Sports Membership came into force today.

With Sky Sports Mix you can watch a wider scope of different Sports (including some cricket,golf etc etc, but not the full scope like Arena (especially if you want Darts, Rugby Union, Rugby League and Boxing which is widely shown on Sky Sports Arena).

Looking at the TV Guide there is some Darts on Sky Sports Mix coming up in the week.

@schnapps same for me. Are they allowed to do this mid contract. Surely not getting what I paid for. The agents on the chat are not even aware themselves.

Yes they can do whatever they want to the TV options etc. see section 5 of the T&C
