Out of curiosity is the one week sports pass finished or have you still got any days left on the week pass ?
If the one week pass is over and you are now left using the mobile pass are you watching one of the five Sky Sports channels permitted with a Mobile pass on your smartphone ?
The five channels are Premier League, Action, Arena, Racing & News, where the remaining six sports channels will pop up with a message to buy a pass.
Go into the NowTV App on your smartphone and under My Account section of the App see if the one week pass is still showing active.
