Mobile Sports Pass

Hi I purchased the mobile month Pass hoping to watch the celtic v rangers game but it would appear that the main event channel isn't included. Is it possible to cancel this and buy a full day pass?

Unfortunately  with a Mobile Sports Pass you only get five out of the eleven Sky Sports Channels which is Premier League, Action, Arena, Racing & News.

 

Pop over to live chat and explain to them what's happened to see if they will give you a refund for the mobile pass.

 

With a Mobile Sports pass you can run this together with either one of the full blown one day, one week or one month sports pass if you wish on your account.

Hi, I bought a full day pass to make sure I could watch the match. I'm trying to watch it but it keeps saying I need a pass to watch it - except I've bought the pass, its come up in my bank account and it says ready to use in my account. Live chat has been no help. I've now missed 11 minutes of the match!
