Can’t pay for passes

Hi can anyone help I recently signed up to now tv app while trying to link card and paying for the latest offer I keep getting a sorry something went wrong message any help would be appreciated

First thing i would try if you haven't done it already is try a different internet browser and if that doesn't work another device with a browser on it.

Already tried that unfortunately nothing seems to be working it’s strange

A few customers seem to have problems updating their account or card details where there are a few caveats that may cause this.

 

If it was me type the error message about the problem with your account in the Community search box and have a read of the hit results (i expect a few results to pop up).

 

Hopefully there will be one with a solution.

 

BTW - Might be wise to un mark my accepted answer.
