Lg tv error code

Now TV was working until earlier today. Now it displays error code 2003. It seems to have happened after an update of sorts as now TV is displayed differently.

It's on a smart LG tv not sure of the model.

Can some one help?

What are your LG televisions 'model numbers' and 'Software Versions'?
How are your LG televisions connected to the internet. Is it via a wired or wireless ethernet connection?

Also make sure your you are running the latest software version for your LG tv, I had to run tv software update then do the above and Now.tv works fine.

Jesus you people at NowTV are incompetent. I have cancelled my service since am not willing to wait forever for you to come up with a fix.
