Please can someone help. My NOW TV app has been working OK until a few weeks ago. Now it will start playing then freezes with the message 'something is wrong...check online help'. My set details are:
Tv: LG WebOS TV UF860V; TV Software Version: up-to-date; Wifi: 5G; Now TV App: up-to-date.

Sounds like a WiFi connectivity issue to me.
If you haven't done-so already. Try re-booting your router (by disconnecting the power, waiting 30 seconds and reconnecting the power).
