Resolved! Live streaming not working on iPhone or iPad

have had previous now subscriptions but joined today for the F1 season. stream worked fine on my Apple TV but when I went to stream live on my iPhone and iPad it just wouldn’t load up. All I got was the spinning wheel of death. it’s still not working...

My wife watched Chernobyl the lost tapes last night. I wanted to watch it this evening.It just won't load.It flashes up the sky logo then go straight back to home screen.Is there some sort of limit to how many times it can be viewed?

Gomorrah

When watching this on catch up I get large parts of the programme that won’t run. Which means I have skip parts. Is this a common fault or is it just me? mostly around adverts but there is nothing I can do to fix it?
