Streaming quality

Hi,

Was wondering if you could help me... I have been watching house of the dragon and game of thrones and have noticed the quality of the video looks nowhere near 1080p when watching on my PC... I have boost and 150 megabit download, I dont have anything downloading in the background either... is there a reason this could be? Videos on YouTube look clearer unfortunately.

I'm quite new to NOW Tv but looks like there's no way change the streaming quality?

Thanks

If its on the PC, then 720p is the best picture quality you will get. Highly annoyingly 1080p isn't support on the PC via boost 😠

No. The HD and Surround Sound features of Boost aren't available on any of the following devices that you can watch NOW on:

  • PC/Mac
  • iOS or Android mobile devices
  • Amazon Fire & Fire HD tablets
  • Roku devices other than Roku Express or Roku Streaming Stick
  • Chromecast 1st and 2nd generation.

We're always looking to make Boost available on more devices, so check back regularly to see if your favourite device is supported.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
