Where are all the channels??

I've just gone back on to NOW after a long absence and the option to view the entertainment channels is no longer there. I can't see "All TV" anymore and when I select "view all" for entertainment it does nothing! I can search and find programmes but just can't get the channel lists up anymore.

 

Any ideas? I'm close to cancelling.

Looks like a glitch, can't find the on Demand channels on either my Roku Player or Fire Stick.

Can get the “channels” section on the iPhone app.
