Sky Cinema

I recently subscribed to Sky Cinema and Sky Entertainment on a 6 month bundle. But there’s terrible feedback noise from any movie I select within Sky Cinema. I’ve checked Sky Entertainment and that seems unaffected for now. At the moment it seems to be an isolated issue just with Sky Cinema movies. This is after I’ve updated the software.
Therefore as I cannot reasonably view its content due to its compromised quality of sound and viewing, please issue an immediate refund under the terms of the distance selling regulations specific to digital content and streaming services.

You won’t get any refunds on here as this forum is used by other customers. No staff pop on and sort out a refund for you, this must be done through live chat or email support.

You haven’t mentioned the device you’re using.

Is this for live or on demand cinema content?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
