Don't have any of the entertainment channels or cinema channels, can't find any way to contact NOW to find out what is going on.

What device are you using?
Do you definitely have a cinema and entertainment membership?

Turned on Now and only have the tv apps, no entertainment channels or any cinema channels, payments up to date and was all fine yesterday so can't work out what' happened.

I have the same problem, just get an advert and then nothing, unable to watch any programs on the entertainment channel.

What device are you using?
Have you tried to delete and reinstall the app?
Have you tried to unplug your router for a few minutes?

Is it a LG TV with the NOW app?
Is it an Amazon fire stick?
Is it a NOW stick?
Are you definitely logged into NOW?
