Episodes and seasons

I watched season 5 episode 10, then the next episode came at bottom of screen from season 1, where  I had already watched, as I pressed this by mistake, I had to fast forward all episodes on previous seasons to get it off  my watchlist.

This is the worst streaming service, and the most expensive.

 

Why does this happen?

You need to explain the show you’re talking about. Talking seasons and episodes mean nothing.

Also you need to say the device as there is different things that can be done for us customers to help point you in the right direction.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
