Looks like Sky / NOW have removed them apart from Season 3 usually because the streaming rights have expired.
What playback devices was you using and did you get a countdown warning in your Continue Watching section (this appears on certain devices).
Do you subscribe to Netflix if so Netflix in the UK have Season 1, 2 and 4.
