Using now on a device that was bought outside the uk but is inside the uk

I have recently bought a now tv subscription and I tried to download it on my devices. I recently lived in singapore and I bought my current devices there. I now have relocated to the UK 6 months ago and I have tried to download now on my various devices and failed. This is extremely frustrating as I am paying for a service that is essentially useless to me unless I use my macbook, which is in poor condition and I cannot take with me to places outside. Please fix this issue.

What are these devices?

Most streaming services can be fussy with what they will work with, while geo location based on IP address is used its not the only way that streaming services determine location, or compatability.

Now is particularly fussy with what it will work on, as a guideline it will need to be a device that is available in the UK or one that has been available ( ie an older Roku model or firestick) and it needs to be running firmware for thiis region - sometimes UK specific, sometimes europe wide, sometimes EMA (Europe Middle east, Africa)

Imported devies can fail on either the not /never sold in the UK, and/or not UK firmware .

The not/never sold in the UK will mean that you may be out of luck, the not UK firmware can sometimes be worked around by installing a UK update if possible

Now TV have a comprehensive list here https://help.nowtv.com/article/what-devices-can-i-use-to-watch-now

Your devices, have you set the store locations to UK? If not then it is likely they are still pointing to Singapore.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
