Being watching Sky Cinema for the past 2 months via the Now TV app through my Xbox 1. Never had an issue. Yesterday I chose to cancel my subscription, however they provided a discounted offer which I accepted. Since accepting this offer I now receive this message "Unable to load sign in, please try again later".
All other apps are working fine, it is just Now TV and as indicated this only occurred after I accepted their retention offer.
Any thoughts?
