Ours was working perfectly until the ps4 software update, surely this answers all questions and we don't need to think of anything else.
My complaint has apparently been sent onto the technical team so surely they know something is wrong with the app after the update?
Why has it taken so long for anybody from now tv to reply to these posts?

Having the same problem here. I think it started after a recent PS4 software update. Is there a way to revert to a previous PS4 software?

I have now watched 2 - 3 programs and (touch wood) The buffering issue has gone.
I would reccomend that those with the old Talk Talk Routers (the small ones) try switching to Wifi if they are on LAN and experiencing the same issue.
Incident this is not the first time the standard Talk talk router has had computability issues.
