Account not recognised

Hello,

I am using the Now Tv app on a PS4, and I have the Entertainment package.

Suddenly, every time I try to watch an episode, the system asks me to buy the package, wich I already have.

How could I solve this issue?

When you scroll all the way to the bottom and see the list of settings, choose “my account” and check to see that your signed in.
