HI, I BOUGHT A NOW TV BOX THAT HAD A 2 MONTH MOVIE VOUCHER INCLUDED.
AS PER USUAL IT ALWAYS ASKS FOR BANK DETAILS FOR ACCOUNT.
MY MOVIES RUNS ON ON 27TH JAN AND ITS SAYIN I HAVE 2 DAYS LEFT THEN 9.99 WILL BE CHARGED.
I HAVE BOUGHT ANOTHER 2 MONTHS VOUCHER, I', TRYING TO ENTER IT ONLINE ITS NOT GIVING ME ANY OPTION IN THE MY PASSES TO ENTER CODE.
I CANCELLED THE MOVIE PASS (2 DAYS LEFT) THINKING I CAN ENTER NEW CODE BUT LIKE I SAY ITS NOT COMING UP WITH PLACE TO ENTER.
DO I HAVE TO DO THIS ON THE ACTUAL NOW TV BOX?
ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT

Welcome to the forum.
There's a slight bug causing the apply voucher option not to appear for some users at the moment when they have a multi-month offer like you do active.
The simplest solution is to do what you have done and cancel the pass.
Then when the pass expires in 2 days time and you can no longer watch entertainment, go back to your My Passes page

and the Apply a Voucher will be there for you to use.

i went on live chat and i managed to get them to apply voucher in the meantime.
i was trying to explain there wasnt an option to enter code but all they did was put link on how to apply voucher.
(back to square one then)
they said it was i was using google chrome personally i dont think so, all the other passes were allowing me to enter codes.
got another 2 months before i try it again, will see what happens

We have set up new now box applied 2 month sky movies pass nothing is showing please help
