Good morning,
I am now switching to NOWTV and should go live 3rd of September. Could anyone tell me do I need to inform my old provider SSE or NOWTB will do it itself? Thank you.

If SSE use the BT telephone line infrastructure then there should be no need to contact them, where according to the FAQ "Do i need to cancel my existing Broadband & Calls service" in the link below NowTV will take care of it.
