Unexpected subscription

I recently answered a questionnaire about what I view and how I view it and ended up with an unwanted entertainment subscription after cancelling my NOWTv subs a while back - at the time the screen appeared to be an information 'would you like this' - it was only later that I realised that payment was taken without my authorisation - now I can't seem to get a refund - DISGRUNTLED!!

Hate to say that NOW have added new memberships to those with inactive accounts. Which understandably so hacks customers right off. 

To seek a refund you need live chat. Best to avoid ‘Get help quicker’ and ‘Request a refund’ as they are both bots.

For live chat you need to be signed in and use the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down.

If you plan to keep your account, putting a payment PIN on it would prevent something like happening again.

Unless you want to delete your account altogether.
