Refund

I applied for broadband back in August which was declined even after paying a set up fee I'm still yet to receive my money back it's now been over 2 months 

 

It took you 30 seconds to take my money but can't give it me back in over 60 days

What appalling customer service and bunch of con artists take money and can't refund it 

 

Not even one reply from emails and chat is next to useless I'm going to be recommending my friends and family cancel there subscriptions
