My new service is due to go live on 9th and my existing provider isn’t aware. I thought this happened automatically when you switched? It now looks like I may be charged by them as they needed 30 days notice. I want to contact Now Tv but there appears to be no contact numbers or email on their site just this community forum. Any help would be appreciated.

Depends, if your coming from virgin then your broadband will stay active, if it’s another provider who uses openreach then it will end when they transfer the line always assuming your not still within a contract period or you will be charged a termination fee.
