Payment issues

I'm relatively new to the services, I had a payment method set up on my account and everything but I received an email to say they're going to cut off the internet in 10 days if I don't pay the outstanding balance. No payments have left my bank, I re-entered my details into the account and approved the request via the app but I'm still waiting for the money to leave my bank. It's a ticking clock till I lose my internet but I'm struggling to find the number to call to sort the payment out!

I figured it out, someone in the previous posts replied with a number to sort the payment and hopefully it's all clear now. Thank you to the customer who gave me all the information I needed.
