Why is my Broadband showing as cancelled when im being charged £25 a month for it

Why is my broadband being shown as cancelled (I don't want it to be) yet I'm paying £25 a month for it.

It doesn't show as being paid on my account , just £0.00

You need to call the broadband team to get any account issues sorted. See link for number.
