Payment Issue

I have saved my Debit Card on the account and NOW Broadband has not deducted any payment for the last 2 months. There is no other way to reach the customer service or make payment. Request help to get this issue sorted.

There has been a fair number of issues with payments reported.

There is a number you can call to make the payment.

NOW Broadband Members can call us 8am–8pm, 7 days a week.

I'm having the same problem, haven't taken payment for two months and my account won't accept any cards to clear overdue payment.

If it’s for broadband have you tried calling the team using the methods I outlined in my post?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
